The staff was friendly and helpful, providing good recommendations and advice. the breakfast was great, offering a variety of options and filling me up for the day. the location was convenient, with a safe neighborhood and close to the sea. I also appreciated the fact that they had lockers to store my valuables.
The dormitory was uncomfortably hot, even with the fan on full blast. the room felt cramped, especially with 8 people in it.

We had a great stay in this hostel. The staff made us feel comfortable and the location was perfect, close to the beach and a beautiful park. Our room was clean and spacious, and the owner was very nice to us. Despite some small issues, like limited plugs and a slightly uncomfortable bed, the complete kitchen and hot showers made up for it. We even decided to extend our stay because we enjoyed it so much.
The hostel lacked a backpacker vibe and had a few inconsiderate guests who made noise late at night.

The shared rooms with free Wi-Fi and a common kitchen are perfect for budget-conscious travelers like us. We could easily connect with friends and save money on eating out. We loved the seating area in the room. It was great to relax after a long day of exploring the city, just like chilling in our own living room. The private bathroom with a shower in our room was a game-changer. No more waiting in line or walking down the hall for a shower! Having a double bed in the triple room was fantastic. It provided us with plenty of space to spread out and get a good night's sleep. The washing machine in our double room was a bonus. Being able to do laundry during our stay saved us from the hassle of finding a laundromat. The room with a patio was a lovely surprise. We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning with a cup of coffee, soaking up the Montevideo atmosphere. The flat-screen television in our room gave us some entertainment downtime after a day of sightseeing. Private balconies in the rooms were a nice touch. We could step out and enjoy the view of the city whenever we wanted.
Personally, I found the shared rooms a bit crowded. However, I understand that some people might enjoy the social aspect of staying in a dorm-style setting.

The hostel had a nice atmosphere, with friendly and welcoming staff. The common areas, both inside and outside, were comfortable and conducive to socializing. I appreciated the small, private room that we stayed in, which was simple and clean.
The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with a dirty bathroom full of mold. The toilet was also not flushed upon arrival, and I had to ask for it to be unblocked.
